عن هذه الوظيفة

المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- متابعة الجداول الزمنية لمشاريع الشركة الاستثمارية في دبي لضمان تحقيق كافة المخرجات والمراحل المطلوبة.
- تنسيق المواعيد ومتطلبات المستندات بين الشركاء الداخليين وأصحاب المصلحة لدى العميل.
- إجراء البحوث حول الاتجاهات السوقية والتغيرات التنظيمية التي تؤثر على محفظة العميل وتلخيص النتائج.
- صياغة ملخصات موجزة ومحددة للاجتماعات لضمان توثيق وفهم جميع خطوات العمل المطلوبة.
- تنظيم المستندات والملفات الداخلية للشركة للحفاظ على سهولة الوصول إليها من قبل جميع أعضاء الفريق.
- مراقبة تقدم التغييرات في نماذج التشغيل للتأكد من توافقها مع الاستراتيجية المتفق عليها.
- تقديم الدعم الإداري للشركاء أثناء مراجعات الحوكمة الحساسة والتحضيرات لاجتماعات مجلس الإدارة.
- المساعدة في إعداد المواد والتقارير الدورية من خلال التحقق من صحة البيانات وضمان اتساق التنسيق.
