يتضمن هذا الدور مراجعة وتحليل وتحسين ملفات Excel المعقدة المستخدمة في العمليات التجارية والاستراتيجية. ستقوم بتقديم مرئيات تفصيلية ونماذج لأفضل الممارسات في استخدام الجداول الحسابية، وتصميم وتوثيق القوالب والحلول البرمجية لدعم أغراض تعلم الآلة والذكاء الاصطناعي، والتعاون مع الفرق لتحديد التدفقات الإجرائية وحل مشكلاتها.

المنصب: أخصائي إكسيل (Excel Specialist / Expert)
الموقع: عمل عن بُعد بالكامل (منطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا – EMEA)
نظام العمل: عقد مرن (Contract) – بمعدل 10 إلى 40 ساعة أسبوعياً
المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- مراجعة وتحليل وتطوير ملفات Excel المعقدة والمستخدمة في إدارة العمليات الاستراتيجية للشركات.
- تقديم ملاحظات تفصيلية وأمثلة عملية على أفضل الممارسات في استخدام برنامج Excel لحالات الاستخدام التشغيلي اليومية.
- تصميم وتوثيق ومشاركة القوالب والحلول البرمجية المبتكرة المخصصة لأغراض تطوير وتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- التعاون مع فرق العمل المختلفة لتحديد بيئات العمل الأساسية والتحديات التشغيلية في مستندات وجداول البيانات.
- تقييم ومحاكاة المشكلات التجارية الواقعية باستخدام الميزات والوظائف المتقدمة لبرنامج Excel.
المتطلبات الوظيفية والمؤهلات
- خبرة ممتازة واحترافية عالية في تحليل البيانات (Data Analysis) والتحقق من صحة البيانات (Data Validation).
- إتقان متقدم جداً للجداول المحورية (Pivot Tables) وبناء الصيغ المعقدة والدوال المركبة.
- مهارة قوية في أتمتة العمليات داخل إكسيل (Excel Automation) باستخدام الماكرو أو لغة VBA أو أدوات الأتمتة المدمجة.
- القدرة على محاكاة المشكلات المالية والتشغيلية المعقدة وإيجاد حلول رقمية مرنة لها عبر جداول البيانات.
