- خبرة في قطاع F&B داخل الإمارات تعتبر ميزة
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنظيم وإدارة الوقت
- شخصية مبادرة وقادرة على تحقيق الأهداف

- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ومعرفة العربية/الهندية تعتبر ميزة إضافية

Job Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring new restaurant partners, pitching Deliveroo’s value, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring successful onboarding.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead restaurant acquisition efforts
- Prospect, pitch, and close new restaurant leads
- Communicate with restaurants via cold calls, social media, and meetings
- Negotiate commercial terms within profitability guidelines
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Ensure new restaurants go live by coordinating with the onboarding team
- Report pipeline progress to the line manager
- Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs
- Represent Deliveroo professionally and share market feedback
- Support commercial initiatives and ad‑hoc projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a high‑growth company
- UAE F&B industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
- Self‑starter with a results‑driven mindset
- Resilient and able to handle rejection
- Fluency in English; Arabic/Hindi is an advantage
