الموقع: عمل عن بُعد بالكامل (منطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وإفريقيا – EMEA)
نظام العمل: عقد (Contract) بمعدل 10 إلى 40 ساعة أسبوعياً
المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- العمل على أنظمة QuickBooks (النسخة السحابية أو المكتبية) لإدارة كافة المهام المالية اليومية.
- إدارة عمليات الفوترة، سداد المدفوعات، وإجراء التسويات البنكية بكفاءة عالية.
- إعداد ومراجعة تقارير الأرباح والخسائر (P&L)، الميزانية العمومية، والتدفقات النقدية لضمان دقتها.
- إدارة وتنظيم شجرة الحسابات (Chart of Accounts) وسجلات العملاء والموردين بشكل منهجي.
- تحديد وتصحيح الأخطاء المحاسبية ومعالجة مشكلات سير العمل لتحسين العمليات المالية.
المتطلبات الوظيفية والمؤهلات
- خبرة عملية ومباشرة في استخدام أنظمة QuickBooks (Online و/أو Desktop).
- خبرة مهنية قوية وذات صلة في مجالات مسك الدفاتر أو المحاسبة العامة.

About the Role
This role takes full responsibility for daily accounting operations utilizing QuickBooks. The specialist will handle invoicing, bank reconciliations, and generate precise financial reports such as Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve accounting workflows.

Responsibilities
- Work extensively with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop to manage daily financial tasks.
