يركز هذا الدور بشكل أساسي على تحليل التوجهات التعليمية والبيئية الحديثة، وجمع وتفسير البيانات النوعية والكمية، بالإضافة إلى تقييم أداء المناهج الدراسية ومبادرات التطوير المهني. سيتولى المحلل الاستراتيجي إعداد تقارير واضحة، ولوحات تحكم رقمية (Dashboards)، وعروض تقديمية لمساعدة القيادة في اتخاذ القرارات، مع تحديد الفرص المتاحة لبناء شراكات جديدة ودخول أسواق تعليمية مبتكرة.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- تحليل التوجهات البيئية والتعليمية المعاصرة لدعم برامج المؤسسة وتطوير خططها التشغيلية.
- جمع ومعالجة وتفسير البيانات الكمية والنوعية لتقييم كفاءة المناهج ومبادرات التدريب المهني المعروضة.
- إعداد وبناء التقارير التفصيلية، لوحات تتبع الأداء، والعروض التوضيحية لعرضها على الإدارة العليا.
- البحث عن فرص استراتيجية لبناء شراكات جديدة، ودخول أسواق واعدة، وتقديم برامج تعليمية مبتكرة.
- التعاون مع الأطراف المعنية داخل المؤسسة لضبط الأهداف، تحسين العمليات، وضمان التوافق مع الرؤية العامة.
- قياس الأثر التعليمي والبيئي للمشروعات الحالية واقتراح حلول تطويرية مبنية على الأدلة والبيانات الحقيقية.
