المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- الرد على استفسارات العملاء والشركاء باللغة الإنجليزية عبر تطبيق WhatsApp وWeChat بشكل احترافي وسريع.
- تقديم الخدمات اللوجستية ومعلومات الشحن للعملاء بأعلى مستويات الجودة واللباقة.
- متابعة حالة الشحنات والطلبات والشكاوى وتحويلها إلى الأقسام المختصة عند الحاجة.
- التعامل مع عدة محادثات في نفس الوقت والتفاعل الفوري مع متطلبات العملاء.
- تمثيل الشركة بصورة راقية تعكس قيم ومستوى خدمات شركة طريق الحرير.
- إنجاز أي مهام إدارية أو تشغيلية إضافية حسب الوقت المتاح ضمن ساعات العمل.
المتطلبات الوظيفية والمؤهلات
- إتقان تام للغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة) بطلاقة ودقة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة ولباقة عالية في التعامل مع العملاء وحل المشكلات بهدوء.
- دقة عالية جداً والانتباه للتفاصيل في إدخال البيانات ومتابعة الشحنات.
- القدرة على الرد السريع والتفاعل الفوري وإدارة عدة محادثات في آن واحد.
- معرفة أساسية بأدوات وأنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- المرونة والقدرة على العمل باستقلالية ضمن فريق عمل افتراضي عن بُعد.
