عن هذه الوظيفة
يتطلب هذا الدور الإشراف على حركة وتخزين وتوزيع البضائع مع ضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية والامتثال لإجراءات الشركة. سيتولى المشرف التنسيق الوثيق مع موظفي المستودعات، الشركاء اللوجستيين، الموردين، والأقسام الداخلية لضمان سير تدفقات العمل بسلاسة، ومراقبة عمليات الاستلام والتخزين والفرع والتعبئة والشحن بدقة تامة.

المنصب: مشرف لوجستيات ومستودعات (Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor)

المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- الإشراف التام على الأنشطة اليومية للمستودع بما يشمل الاستلام، التخزين، التعبئة، الشحن، ومراقبة المخزون.
- تنسيق حركة وتوزيع البضائع وضمان توافق العمليات التشغيلية مع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
- تخصيص الموارد بفعالية، ومراقبة أداء تدفق العمل، وتحديد فرص التحسين التشغيلي المستمر.
- مراجعة تقارير المخزون بانتظام وتتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لحل المشكلات اللوجستية فوراً.
- الحفاظ على نظم تخزين منظمة، وتحسين دقة المخزون، وتطوير تخطيطات المستودعات (Layouts).
- إعداد التقارير التشغيلية والاحتفاظ بوثائق وسجلات دقيقة لكافة الشحنات والعمليات.
- التنسيق المباشر مع الموردين، البائعين، وشركات النقل لضمان التوصيل الآمن والفعال في المواعيد المحددة.
- تطبيق معايير السلامة المهنية والامتثال التنظيمي في جميع بيئات العمل اللوجستية.
