يتولى منسق التسويق عبر المؤثرين والإنتاج مسؤولية إدارة عملية الحملات الإعلانية بالكامل، بداية من البحث والتواصل والتفاوض مع المشاهير وصناع المحتوى في دول الخليج، مروراً بتنظيم وإدارة جلسات التصوير والتنسيق مع الفرق التنفيذية، وصولاً إلى متابعة تنفيذ المحتوى وإعداد تقارير الأداء وتقييم نتائج التعاون والتكاليف.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- البحث عن المشاهير والمؤثرين المناسبين وتحديدهم وفق الفئة المستهدفة.
- التواصل المباشر مع المؤثرين والتفاوض على الأسعار وبنود التعاون.
- مراجعة العقود والتنسيق الكامل لإتمام عملية التعاقد.
- تنظيم وترتيب جلسات التصوير الميدانية بالكامل.
- التنسيق مع المصورين والفرق التنفيذية ومتابعة سير العمل وضمان سلاسة التنفيذ.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ المحتوى الإعلاني والتأكد من مطابقته للشروط والاتفاقيات المعتمدة.
- إعداد تقارير مختصرة وشاملة تقيم نتائج التعاون والتكاليف ومعدلات النجاح.
المتطلبات الوظيفية والمؤهلات
- خبرة سابقة ومثبتة في التفاوض والتعاقد مع مشاهير أو مؤثرين في دول الخليج العربي.
- امتلاك شبكة علاقات جيدة أو قدرة عالية على التواصل والوصول للمؤثرين.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض وإدارة المشاريع وتنظيم المهام.
- قدرة عالية على تنظيم جلسات التصوير والتنسيق بين جميع الأطراف المعنية.
- تقديم السيرة الذاتية (أو ملف مكتمل على منصة بعيد) بالإضافة إلى رابط معرض الأعمال (Portfolio).
