المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- بناء وتطوير شبكة وروافد مستمرة من المرشحين المؤهلين لشغل الوظائف المتاحة والمستقبلية.
- إجراء المقابلات التقييمية عبر الهاتف أو اللقاءات المباشرة.
- تقييم المتقدمين وقبولهم أو رفضهم بناءً على نتائج المقابلات ومراجعة السير الذاتية.
- القيام بدور نقطة التواصل الرئيسية مع المرشحين والإجابة على كافة استفساراتهم.
- تحقيق المستهدفات (Quotas) الأسبوعية المحددة لإجراء المكالمات وإرسال الرسائل الإلكترونية.
المتطلبات الوظيفية والمؤهلات
- حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاعل اجتماعي ممتازة وقدرة على التقييم الذكي للمرشحين.
- مهارات تنظيمية عالية لبناء وإدارة قاعدة بيانات المتقدمين.
- خبرة في استخدام مجموعة برامج Microsoft Office.
- طاقة عالية وشغف بالعمل مع القدرة على تحقيق والمحافظة على المستهدفات المحددة.
