عن هذه الوظيفة
يتولى مساعد / أخصائي المشتريات دعم كافة أنشطة الشراء اليومية، البحث عن الموردين والمقارنة بين العروض، متابعة طلبات وأوامر الشراء حتى التسليم، والتنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية (كالمالية والعمليات والمستودعات) لضمان توفير المنتجات والخدمات بكفاءة وسلاسة بأفضل الأسعار والجودة.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- دعم أنشطة المشتريات والشراء اليومية بدءاً من الطلب وحتى التسليم النهائي.
- البحث عن الموردين، المنتجات، وتقييم الأسعار وظروف السوق المحلية والدولية.
- التواصل مع الموردين للحصول على عروض الأسعار، متابعة أوقات التسليم، والتأكد من توفر المواد.
- إعداد وصيانة أوامر الشراء (Purchase Orders)، عروض الأسعار، الفواتير، والوثائق ذات الصلة.
- مقارنة عروض الموردين والمساعدة في تقييم التكاليف واختيار المورد الأنسب.
- متابعة الشحنات والتسليمات المتأخرة وحل أي عقبات لوجستية.
- التنسيق مع فرق المالية، العمليات، والمستودعات لضمان مطابقة الطلبات.
- تطوير وتحسين عمليات الشراء وتقليل التكاليف التشغيلية.

- مهارات تنظيمية عالية واهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض متميزة مع الموردين والفرق الداخلية.
- إجادة التعامل مع جداول البيانات (Excel/Spreadsheets) والأنظمة الرقمية وإدارة المستندات.
- عقلية تحليلية وقدرة على حل المشكلات وإدارة الأولويات والمواعيد النهائية.

The Procurement Assistant / Specialist will support day-to-day purchasing activities, research suppliers, evaluate price quotes, manage purchase orders, and coordinate with finance, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless procurement operations.

Responsibilities
