المسمى الوظيفي: مسؤول ألعاب وفعاليات افتراضية (Virtual Games & Events Coordinator)
الموقع: عمل عن بُعد بالكامل (Fully Remote)
ساعات العمل: تفرغ لمدة 3 ساعات يومياً (مقسمة)

المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- إدارة الألعاب اليومية والمسابقات الأسبوعية داخل مجموعات وقروبات النادي.
- ابتكار وتصميم أفكار فعاليات ترفيهية وتحديات رياضية جديدة ومبتكرة.
- التفاعل المستمر مع العضوات وتحفيزهن وتشجيعهن على المشاركة والنشاط.
- إعلان الفائزات بالمسابقات وإدارة توزيع النقاط والجوائز.
- رفع تقارير أسبوعية تفصيلية لقياس مستويات التفاعل والمشاركة.
- التنسيق مع مسؤول المبيعات لتحويل العضوات الأكثر تفاعلاً إلى اشتراكات وعضويات مدفوعة.
المتطلبات والمؤهلات (Requirements)
- الخبرة: خبرة سابقة في إدارة المجتمعات الرقمية أو المجموعات والقروبات أونلاين.
- المهارات الشخصية: شخصية مرحة، طاقة عالية، وصوت حماسي وقدرة على قيادة الأنشطة.
- الابتكار: القدرة على ابتكار ألعاب وتحديات بسيطة وسريعة لا تتطلب معدات.
- المرونة والتفرغ: التفرغ لمدة 3 ساعات يومياً (موزعة على مدار اليوم).
- المهارات التقنية: إجادة التعامل الكامل مع تطبيقات WhatsApp، Telegram، وTikTok.
- الدعم التقني: القدرة على التعامل مع المشاكل التقنية البسيطة التي قد تطرأ أثناء البث المباشر (مثل انقطاع الصوت أو مشاكل الاتصال).

- الراتب الأساسي: راتب ثابت يتراوح بين 800 إلى 1,200 ريال عماني.

VIP Sadnation UGC Club, a creative design and arts enterprise, is seeking an energetic, leadership-driven female candidate for the position of Virtual Games & Events Coordinator to manage and fuel online engagement for an exclusive women’s club.
About the Role
The coordinator will act as the “heart of the club,” responsible for executing daily games, weekly challenges, and live stream entertainment. The goal is to keep female members actively engaged 24/7 across remote communication channels while boosting community conversion rates.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily interactive games and weekly competitions within online club groups.
- Brainstorm and design new recreational activities and fitness challenges.

- Announce contest winners, manage point allocations, and distribute rewards.
- Prepare weekly analytics reports tracking member engagement and activity levels.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert highly active members into paid subscriptions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or moderating online groups/social communities.
- Enthusiastic personality, high energy levels, and a motivating voice.
- Ability to create simple, equipment-free interactive games.
- Availability for 3 hours daily (split throughout the day).
- Proficiency with digital platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, and TikTok.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for live streams (e.g., resolving audio drops or connection glitches).

- Base Salary: 800 – 1,200 OMR per month.
