سيعمل مدير إعادة التأمين تحت الإشراف المباشر للرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات (COO)، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة وتنسيق كافة أنشطة عمليات إعادة التأمين بما يتماشى مع استراتيجية المؤسسة وسياساتها وأهدافها التجارية، بالإضافة إلى ضمان الالتزام بالمتطلبات التنظيمية والرقابية المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- إدارة وتشغيل اتفاقيات وعقود إعادة التأمين النشطة وتسهيلات التغطية (Treaties and Placements).
- متابعة وتدقيق المحاسبة الخاصة بإعادة التأمين، تسوية الحسابات، والمطابقات المالية (Reconciliations).
- مراقبة الاستردادات المستحقة من معيدي التأمين (Reinsurance Recoverables) والأرصدة المتبقية.
- إعداد حسابات العقود، القوائم التفصيلية (Bordereaux)، التقارير، والوثائق ذات الصلة.
- تنسيق عمليات الاسترداد، إخطارات المطالبات، والتواصل المستمر مع معيدي التأمين والوسطاء.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للعقود، السجلات الرسمية، الاتفاقيات، والمراسلات الخاصة بالعمليات.
- متابعة مواعيد تجديد العقود، فترات الإخطار، والالتزامات التعاقدية في المواعيد المحتسبة.
- مراجعة طاقة إعادة التأمين والهياكل المعتمدة بناءً على متطلبات المحفظة التأمينية ونشاط الشركة.
- التنسيق الكامل مع إدارات المالية، المطالبات، الاكتتاب، والإدارات ذات الصلة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات التقارير المالية، الملاءة المالية (Solvency)، والأنظمة الرقابية.
- قيادة وإشراف فريق عمل صغير متعدّد المهام في مجال إعادة التأمين.
- رفع المسائل الجوهرية وإعداد التقارير الإدارية الدورية حول أنشطة إعادة التأمين للقيادة العليا.

- المعرفة الفنية: معرفة قوية وعميقة بجميع عمليات وإجراءات إعادة التأمين والعقود الخاصة بها.

- إدارة المطالبات: قدرة عالية على التنسيق ومتابعة تحصيل المطالبات والاستردادات مع الشركات والوسطاء.

Sundus Recruitment and Outsourcing Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Reinsurance Manager (Job Code: JPC – 6370) on a 12-month renewable contract working 100% remotely.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Reinsurance Manager will oversee and coordinate all reinsurance operations, treaty placements, accounting, and compliance in line with the company’s strategic goals and regulatory standards in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer active reinsurance treaties and placement structures.
- Oversee reinsurance accounting, treaty accounts, settlements, and reconciliations.
- Monitor reinsurance recoverables and track outstanding balances.
- Prepare treaty accounts, bordereaux, detailed statements, and performance reports.
- Coordinate recoveries, claim notifications, and communication with reinsurers and brokers.
- Maintain accurate treaty records, contract registers, and correspondence.
- Track treaty renewals, notice periods, and contractual obligations.
- Review reinsurance capacity and structures based on underwriting portfolio requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Claims, Underwriting, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with financial reporting, solvency, and local regulatory guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a small dedicated reinsurance team.
- Escalate material issues and provide management reports to executive leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong background in reinsurance operations and treaty structures.
- Solid expertise in reinsurance accounting, reconciliations, and recovery management.
- Proven track record in coordinating claims and recoveries with global/local reinsurers and brokers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and specialized insurance/reinsurance software systems.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities.
