المنصب: مدير عمليات المرافق (Facility Operations Manager)

المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- متابعة وتنسيق العمليات التشغيلية للمرافق والمنشآت البحثية والإدارية التابعة للمركز.
- إعداد ومتابعة جدول الصيانة الوقائية لضمان استمرارية عمل الأنظمة والمعدات بكفاءة.
- الإشراف على الموردين والمقاولين والفرق الداخلية وضمان التزامهم بمعايير السلامة والجودة.
- التنسيق مع الكوادر البحثية والإدارية لتحديد واكتشاف احتياجات المرافق بشكل استباقي.
- إدارة خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ والأعطال وحل المشكلات التشغيلية بفاعلية وسرعة.
- المساهمة في تطبيق أفضل الممارسات المعتمدة في الاستدامة وكفاءة الطاقة والمباني الخضراء.
- توثيق العمليات وإعداد التقارير الدورية باستخدام الأدوات الرقمية الخاصة بالتنسيق والإدارة عن بُعد.
المتطلبات الوظيفية والمؤهلات
- خبرة ممتازة في إدارة المرافق (Facility Management) وتنسيق أنظمة المباني والخدمات اللوجستية.
- إتقان مهارات إدارة العمليات والتخطيط لبرامج الصيانة الوقائية وتحسين سير العمل.
- مهارات قيادية وإشرافية قوية لتوجيه الموردين والفرق وتحقيق أعلى مستويات الأداء.
- يفضل وجود خلفية أو معرفة بممارسات البناء المستدام، المباني الخضراء، وأنظمة الطاقة النظيفة.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتواصل ممتازة والقدرة على حل المشكلات بأساليب مبتكرة.
- إتقان التعامل مع الأدوات والبرامج الرقمية المخصصة للتنسيق والإدارة الافتراضية للمرافق.
- مؤهل تعليمي مناسب في إدارة المرافق، الهندسة، إدارة التشييد، أو ما يعادلها من خبرة عملية.
